My Everyday Summer Make-Up Look

When I asked on Twitter, you lovely people were super adament that you wanted an everyday make-up routine blog post, sooooo, here it is!
I thought I would show you a look that I have been wearing a lot recently as I think it's super Summer appropriate and really quick and easy!

Of course, I don't wear this look everytime I wear make-up, however, the only things I change are my eyeshadow and lip colours, depending on my outfit, so everything else is exactly the same!
I hope you enjoy taking a little peek inside my make-up bag! :)

Clinique Superprimer
I apply this before applying any make-up. It feels more like a moisturiser than a primer and so applies really easily. I find it helps to keep my make-up in place all day and stops me from worrying about whether or not it is sliding all down my face!
Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation
This foundation is great if you're looking for something with medium coverage and feels light on the skin. I literally even forget that its there during the day! I apply and spread it out with my fingers and then blend properly with my Real Techniques Expert Face Brush to create a more natural look. It stays in place for most of the day too.

Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer
Any blemishes or spots that haven't been covered by my foundation I will then conceal with this beauty. It is by far the best concealer I have ever used and can totally be used on its own too without foundation. It works wonders for giving you a flawless canvas!

Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer
I use this to conceal my dark under eye circles (which make an appearance every single day!) and highlight underneath my eyes. It isn't the best concealer for giving heavy coverage over spots or blemishes, hence why I use a separate concealer for that. It definitely makes me appear more awake than I actually am!

Maybelline Dream Sun Bronzing Powder
I'm not a bronzer or contour kind of person, however, I do like using this bronzing powder, which is in a super light shade and so doesn't come out too harsh, to slightly colour down my neck, jawline and up around my ears, just to ensure that I am the same colour all over haha!

Collection Blush in 'Cheeky'
I apply this with a Real Techniques Blush Brush and it gives my cheeks a nice peachy glow! This blush was cheap as chips, yet doesn't fade much throughout the day and gives me a healthy colour. It's such good quality!

*Also, on the tops of my cheeks I like to apply the highlighter from the Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palette in 'Strip,' however, for some reason, I forgot to take an individual photo of that!*

Rimmel Eyeshadow Quad in 'Brixton Brown'
For an easy, everyday look, I like sweeping that one shimmery colour across my whole lid. It is super pigmented and so makes my eyes really sparkle and can even just be applied with your finger in no time at all! It's definitely a good Summer colour and I find it is great to use in other eye looks as an inner corner highlight!
Max Factor Falsh Lash Effect Mascara & Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara (Waterproof)
I have discovered a mascara combination recently that I have now fallen in love with! These two together lengthen and volumize my lashes whilst also separating them and making them all fluttery and pretty! The Max Factor one has a really nice wand too and I always seem to love Maybelline mascaras!

Maybelline Colour Sensational Lipstick in 'Kiss Pearl'
I find this lipstick makes for a really great companion for the eyeshadow! It too is shimmery but feels nice on the lips, without being dry. It is also ridiculously low maintenance and easy to just reapply if you need to touch up during the day.

What are YOUR favourite make-up products for Summer? <3
